New API: Global Fees Paid on Solana

Birdeye Data now provides comprehensive global fee analytics for Solana tokens with the release of the Global Fees Paid API. Builders can now retrieve precise fee composition breakdowns – separating base network fees, priority fees, validator tips (Jito, Helius, etc.), and specific trading platform fees (e.g., Telegram bots) – via a single integration.

What’s New?

The new Global Fees Paid API suite consists of two high-performance endpoints designed to stream fee metrics at scale:

• Token – Fee (Single): Retrieve global fees paid metrics for a single token, including an aggregated summary and source-level details.
• Token – Fee (Multiple): Fetch fee breakdowns for multiple tokens in a single request, optimizing data retrieval for portfolio trackers and market scanners.
• Multi-Timeframe Support: Request up to 3 timeframes per call, ranging from 1-minute intervals up to all-time historical data.
• Deep Composition Breakdown: Track exactly where fees are going by separating base network fees, priority fees, validator tips (with details for Jito, Helius, Astralane, etc.), and platform-specific trading fees (broken down by platforms like Bonkbot, GMGN, Trojan,… both in SOL and stablecoins).
