Introduction to the Wallet — Balance Change API

The Wallet — Balance Change API retrieves the balance change history of any Solana wallet, with optional token-level filtering. Designed for on-chain analytics, dashboards, and monitoring tools, it offers rich query parameters to deliver the exact data you need.

With this endpoint, projects can:

• Calculate the netflow (inflow value minus outflow value) of wallets to measure the overall balance impact.
• Monitor wallet inflows and outflows of wallets over time, broken down by specific SPL tokens or SOL, for wallet activity analysis.
• Flag suspicious activity if there are sudden balance increases or large outflows from wallets or malicious token transfers.
• Retrieve token-specific balance changes over a defined time window to help users or institutions calculate gains/losses in their portfolio and generate reports.
