Birdeye Data now provides the SUBSCRIBE_TRANSFER WebSocket message, enabling developers to stream real-time token transfer updates on Solana.
What’s New?
The SUBSCRIBE_TRANSFER event streams token transfer payloads that match specific filtering criteria. Developers can define up to 10 filter sets per subscription, with the system returning any transfer that matches at least one of the defined filters (OR logic).
Filter parameters include:
- wallet_addresses: Filter by specific sender or receiver wallet addresses (maximum 20 addresses per filter).
- token_addresses: Filter by specific SPL token addresses (maximum 20 addresses per filter).
- flow: Filter by transfer direction (e.g., incoming or outgoing transfers relative to the specified wallet).
- ui_amount_min and ui_amount_max: Set a range for the token amount transferred (in UI units).
- value_min and value_max: Set a USD value range for the transfer to filter out noise or isolate high-value movements.
Why It Matters
For trading bots, AI agents, and portfolio trackers, executing on stale data is not an option. By pushing complex filtering (like isolating $10,000+ inflows for specific tokens) directly to the WebSocket layer, developers can significantly reduce client-side processing, minimize latency, and build faster real-time alerting systems.
